C.A.L.I. Place Transitional Housing:
The C.A.L.I. Place is more than housing—it’s a bridge to the future. Our Transitional housing ensures that individuals are not only sheltered but are also supported with the tools, resources, and relationships they need to succeedd long after they leave our program
Our Transitional Housing program offers:
Safe & Stable Living Spaces – a supportive environment designed to reduce stress and foster healing.
Personalized Case Management – one-on-one guidance to help residents set goals and access needed resources.
Workforce Development & Education – job training, career readiness, and G.E.D. educational support to build pathways to employment.
Life Skills & Wellness Programs – financial literacy, cooking, self-care, and a wellness program to prepare for independent living.
Individualized Therapy – a dedicated house therapist who assists with one on one counseling and group sessions. Individuals have access to mental health care that is tailored to their unique needs and experiences.
C.A.L.I. Connect MentoRship & Daily Life skills workshops
More than gatherings-Our workshops are designed to be interactive, , engaging and empowering. Ensuring individuals leave with actionable skills, new insights, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Through our workshops Participants :
Develop practical skills – in areas like personal development, leadership, career readiness, and financial literacy.
Increase personal growth – through cooking, personal hygiene, conflict resolution, goal setting, self-reflection, and resilience-building classes.
Connect and pair 1:1 with peers and mentors – in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Gain tools and strategies –to overcome challenges and navigate life transitions successfully.
Celebrate achievements – and milestones alongside a community that uplifts and inspires.
C.A.L.I. Career Builders Workforce development
Designed to help individuals gain the workplace skills, confidence and exposure to opportunities that is needed to enter and be successful in the workforce. By partnering with the areas top companies to provide personalized career coaching, hands-on job shadowing and training, in addition to real world experience, we prepare individuals to achieve meaningful sustainable employment any space.
C.A.L.I. Girl Scholarship Fund
At The C.A.L.I. Project, we don’t just provide housing or supportive services—we create opportunities for individuals to reach their highest potential. The C.A.L.I. Girl Scholarship is designed to support individuals as they pursue education, career training, and personal growth. We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to chase their dreams with our financial barriers standing in the way. That is why we are committed to our annual C.A.L.I. Scholarship. The last individual was awarded $1,000 towards her future endeavors and we are excited to award the next individual at our bi-annual gala. To nominate someone to receive the C.A.L.I.
